Mexican dinner

Hi everyone , here we are in El Paso TX , we came to visit some old time friend, I was going to be really upset if we did not go and visit them, on our USA tour... we had a Mexican grill dinner with beans and avocado sauce, that was very good, the meat was super good, and one thing that me and Kurt where fascinated with was the grill... it was BIIIIG !!! I want one like that... so here are my friends and my family...P.S. I was forgetting, for dessert , we had a totally American thing, Smores... ciao guys , have fun .. I love you all, Dolly

Donut's

Well ,well , i got up this morning and who comes with goodies at my house ????Trixie, she brought so many Donut's that i thought that she robed the store....lol they where so good... here is some of the pictures ... Ciao , ciao, and buona colazione to all....

Pot Luck

It was a nice morning, we had a pot luck with the girls , the day before school got out , so we did not have all the kids with us,so I made Pizza and Nicole mad a Greek pizza that was very good, with spinach mixed in the crust,there is only one piece left like you can see...then i made pasta with cream sauce and ham , but i forgot to take a picture, and we had yummy deserts Brownies that Michel made (I love brownies...), strawberries covered chocolate and this other thing that was really good that Sandy brought, i need to ask her the ingredients again.. we had fun and eat like little girl piggies, i am going to miss them when they leave, because i forgot to tell you that they are all leaving except Monica, sniff, sniff...Ciao my friends Love you all , your Italian friend Dolly.

Peppers & eggplants

Hi every one, I went to the flea market with my friend Michel two weeks ago, and i got some sweet baby peppers and some small eggplant , they where so pretty , Michel gave me a idea on making them with cheese, (because she made some jalapeno with cream cheese and bacon ) so i cut the top part off and just stuffed them with cream cheese and put them in the oven at 400 F 4 2 hr.s and with them i put the eggplants .... so you see the sweet peppers came out , they where so good, and the eggplants i just cut them in half and scraped the center out , put some salt olive oil and garlic mixed and it was so good on some french bread cut in slices.... after that i had some almost black bananas so i made a banana pudding, that was good to... Eating out

Tonight we went to Buffalo Wild Wings, , Being Italian , we love to go and eat typical US food... so i forgot to take a picture of the Hot wings that we eat... they where good and maybe since we where so hungry we never thought to take pictures... so after we got a grill ed chicken salad a cheese chicken sandwich and chicken tacos everything was good , but not the best , i really liked the wings though so i am sure that we are going to go back there only for that... after dinner we went to this Ice Cream place that i like, it is called Cold Stone , and it is very cool , because you choose the type of Ice cream and the stuff you want in it, then they get it and mix it all together put in a cup and give it to you to eat, we got :mint chocolate syrup and chocolate they mixed it and gave to us, Andrea & Matteo wanted vanilla ice cream and strawberry's, it was good let me tell you... so i hope you like what you see, ciao to every one love you Dolly...

CUTTING GREEN BEANS

Grilled Pork

Today we finally made our pork chops... and a salad and left over veggies, I just wanted to let you know a good bottle of vino that you can find in the States, not the best but very good, the best you will find it in Italy...... :-) ciao you all, love ya !DOLLY....

Mothers day

What can i say , I have a beautiful family, I don't know how i managed to be so fortunate, but I am, so thank you my Lord....well as you can see Kurt cooked for me , and it was very good .... so happy mothers day to every one , love you all Dolly.

Easy dinner

Hi my friends , this was a easy night , in the afternoon i made some little sweets , a costarican dish , don't know what they are called , but they are very good , made with puff pastry guava jelly and pear, so for dinner i just made some macaroni and cheese for the kids , and for us some hamburgers , mushrooms cooked in the pan with some garlic and olive oil and grilled veggies ,for fruit i had a fresh pineapple... like i said , very easy, but good at the same time, i hope you like ......
