Dinner with Mom...

OK here we are , it is going to be a wile until i put pictures on the blog, but here i will show you what we eat yesterday evening... Just food

Hi every one, sorry didn't post it before , but this is what we eat yesterday, i maid lentils and they came out very good, then we had a caprese salad i was tired to cut it in the same way, so i diversified and Ribs , i love ribs but i will eat them only if i am at home , I do not like the fact that it gets all in the teeth, and we had a red dry Italian wine, it's a Brindisi rosso . and i was very bad , we had Sundays , with cookies and cream ice cream hot fudge m&m's and whip cream, that you can't really see because of the flash, but i assure you that it was very good, so this is all my friends for today , c u later for to nights dinner or tomorrow, ciao from your Italian friend Dolly.

I love my kids

Today it's pasta with meat balls, the kids like it , but i am trying to cut the pasta and bread out , it's not that easy....:-( but i made a tomato sauce then cooked the meat balls in it for a few added some spices and vino....then a made a nice salad with lots of colors and some garlic bread , my favorite, and i had some left over potatoes from the night before.... :-) everything was great so we are where happy, i hope that you all are happy to see my food and remember if you want the recipes just leave me a comment, ask for it , and i will give it to you, until then , Buon Appetito , from your Italian Friend Dolly.

Quiet dinner

Tonight i was tired and needed to have a quiet dinner with my hubby so we fed the kids and then put them to bed earlier then yesterday, tomorrow starts school week so they go to bed not later then 20:00, after that me and my husband had dinner, it was nice , but to much, we eat like pigs....:-)

Kurt cooked the steaks and I made the potatoes and the salad. the salad was super tonight , it had avocados , sun dried tomatoes , red and white cabbage. I had krauter butter on the steaks, yummy...The potatoes i cooked them in the oven with salt sage rosemary and pepper, super good... well my friends i don't know what to say have a good day and Buon Appetito, from your friend Dolly.

Well I am posting this today but it is really from 2 nights ago... i had Rachel, Katie and Veronica at my house for dinner and i was going to make steak , but then i changed my mind and we had spiedini , with potatoes and salad , let me tell you we eat like pigs, and i think it will be soon that we will have those spiedini again..... :-)

Grilling

Well I know that I am Italian , but i really Love Hamburgers so i have them very often, and we like veggies to , so I had a big burger with veggies, was very good , but my mouth was not that big so it was a little difficult with the eating part.....:-)

Breackfast in Ansbach

There is this little Bakery , down town Ansbach well not that little.....

I go there to get there crepe with black berry and cream....

Tupperware party

Well ,I will say ,that is was a great Party, we had lot's of fun.

I love all the people in this town and my friends that live near by... they are good people and that is the reason I have these little party's from time to time....

So here it is, the table with the food and the products well some of them...then there are all the friends invited, except 2-3 that didn't make it , bummer...

And this is my friend Leila, she is the one that got me started with this blog....love Ya ! my friend...!!! Dolly....

And yes the person that did the Tupperware was a nice Man, see they can do thing like this to.....

And this is the food I had Sandwiches with different cheeses and meats they were very good, i say were because there are no more left..... Thank God, if not i had to eat them , and trust me I don't need them.... :-)

I made some roll ups with tortilla cream cheese ,Mortadella and chives really good...

My only known punch mixed fruit with pine apple juice and orange juice, every one likes it , and with the left over you put some Rum in it and have a party at night..... :-)

And My Tiramisu' that is a must if not my friends kill me.....

There is nothing better then a Italian girl that makes Tiramisu', right????

Dinner Home

Well, we had German brats, cheese with Krauter , Garlic bread,I made a salad just with rucola and cherry tomatoes , very good, i love the taste of rucola...

Like almost every day I had grilled zucchini and eggplants Kurt loves the zucchini and I love the eggplant... it was a easy dinner but yummy, I will keep preparing veggies on the grille until I

can find the good tasty ones because it is getting cold and the veggies are going to be without taste, so that means winter food..... :-(
