WELL TODAY IT WAS A NICE DAY IN ANSBACH, THE SUN WAS OUT AND IT WAS ACTUALLY NICE AND WORM, WELL IT WAS IN THE 40'S, BUT FOR US IT WAS NICE......

FOR DINNER I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO MAKE BUT WE HAD AT THE END FRIED CHICKEN, MASH POTATOES, GREEN BEANS WITH FETA CHEESE ,BOILED RED POTATOES WITH HOLLAND'S CHEESE SAUCE , WELL AT THE END WE HAD LOTS AND PLENTY LEFT OVERS....

Two night's ago i bought some type of fresh little pockets filled with spinach, onion and bacon, it is a way to feed greens to my kids.... :-)

I made a white sauce made with heavy cream butter and Parmesan, well like you can tel the kids loved them.....

Today i bought from the store some asparagus and T-bone stake,the asparagus seamed so fresh (even if they are not in season), for the kids i made some veggie sauce for the typical German noodles called Speziel....then, for so long I wanted some corn bread and i finally made it , but i added some sour cream to the recipe and it came out very moist , it was good.....The Asparagus, I just fried them in some olive oil and garlic(fresh) and a little of hot water, for 10 min. and that is all ,they came out very tasty....so this is the dinner that we had last night, i hope you like it , see you the next time my friends...

I love this cheese it is so good i forgot the name but it is so creamy , then we had my artichoke salad with capers, tomato's and basil, well stake was a must , and we had some of the kids macaroni and cheese I love this combination, a little of everything.... and tomorrow i don't know what to make i think i will have some friends over , but not sure yet , i will see .. until then i will go and try to think of something, ciao belli , see you all tomorrow... Quick dinner

Today i really didn't know what to make , i needed something fast to make and grilling mushrooms and popping in the oven some biscuits well it is very easy....:-) , made biscuits ,mushrooms,Potatoes with Ham and cheese in them,a little of slice of tomatoes and there you go....., well i hope you like it ciao my friend see you soon, Dolly.

....Frozen pizza night....

Well for dinner i have to say that i was very lazy this evening.... :-) .

So i got frozen Pizza one for us and a different one for the kids, they like ham and mushrooms and we like everything but my favorite American pizza is peperoni, so that is what we eat, I let the kids eat in the living room on the TV trays they where so happy, and we eat on the table.....

Central American Dinner

Well i invited my friends Rachel and Katie for dinner , and i made papas con chorisos black beans and rice a salad with carrots and a carrot cake, we all eat like pigs, but there where hardly any left overs.... Sorry i was forgetting that we had Margaritas good stuff with my new glasses.....

Shish Kebabs

Well today i was in the mood of shrimp and chicken Shish kebabs, they came out so good i love the bacon that i put between the shrimp and the piece of chicken, it give it a super taste then there where onions peppers and mushrooms on them then i made broccoli with cheese and a salad with Italian dressing, the real one, olive oil , balsamic vinegar ,salt and pepper, for dessert we had oat meal cookies
